Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales or customer experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:

  • Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or) equivalent work experience; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs, strategies, methods, and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to proficiently lead multiple tasks and deliver results simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with management, staff, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and reach conclusions.
