Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our evening shift team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping

Equipment Requirements

* Must provide a working Windows, iOS, or MAC computer and headset (cannot be a tablet or Chromebook)

  • Internet speed: 50 upload/10 download
