The platform combines: workflow-heavy operational interfaces, real-time dashboards and monitoring systems, data visualization experiences, dynamic tables and reporting, and mobile operational tooling used in fast-paced environments. This is not a traditional marketing-site or consumer-product design role. You will help design systems used daily by operational teams to manage complex processes, monitor performance, respond to issues, and execute critical workflows efficiently and accurately. The work spans: operational workflows, monitoring interfaces, administrative tools, analytics dashboards, exception management, and real-time data visibility experiences. This is a high-impact role where product design directly influences operational efficiency at scale. Why This Role Is Unique You will design products used by real operational teams under real-world pressure. The interfaces must be: fast, intuitive, highly reliable, operationally efficient, and resistant to human error. The current platform evolved without a mature design foundation. You will help define and elevate the UX standards of the next generation system from day one. This is an opportunity to shape: workflow design, operational UX, data visualization standards, and scalable design systems across a mission-critical platform. What you'll do Own the end-to-end product design experience across multiple operational products Design workflow-heavy interfaces optimized for speed, clarity, and usability Create dashboards and visualization systems that simplify complex operational data Design interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile operational users Build and evolve a scalable design system and component library Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implementation-ready Collaborate deeply with stakeholders to understand workflows and operational pain points Design edge cases, exception flows, validation states, and recovery experiences Run usability testing sessions with real users Use AI-native workflows and tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration Participate actively in product discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews Your qualifications and experience Must haves 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with: operational systems, enterprise platforms, workflow-heavy applications, dashboards, analytics products, or industrial/administrative tooling Expert-level proficiency with Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems Strong experience designing: dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, tables, filtering systems, and operational workflows Experience designing for constrained or touch-first environments is a strong plus Experience creating scalable design systems engineers can implement directly Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product stakeholders Excellent UX thinking around operational efficiency and usability under pressure Strong communication skills in English Strong Plus Experience with operational, logistics, industrial, ERP, or enterprise software Experience designing monitoring or operational intelligence platforms Experience with accessibility and operational UX best practices Experience using AI-powered design tools daily: Figma AI, v0, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar What we expect from you Users can execute workflows faster and with fewer errors Operational dashboards provide immediate visibility into system health and performance Frontend engineers can build consistently using your design system Interfaces feel intuitive even in high-pressure operational environments UX decisions are grounded in real workflows and user feedback Design becomes a strategic advantage for the platform 100% alignment with our core values!
