Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and medical teams across multiple channels, including text, phone, and email. You'll work closely with our Sr. Director of Virtual Support to champion our core values and help drive the success of our pet care centers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and text, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with medical teams to address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our services and products
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the team
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer support and overall team efficiency

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, preferably in a virtual or remote setting

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time, with a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
  • Ability to live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and medical teams
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a focus on virtual or remote support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and medical teams
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote customer support environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as veterinary medicine or animal care
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and medical teams in multiple languages
