The Role As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via our live chat platform. Your primary goal will be to handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, while also building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer accounts. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions will directly impact our reputation and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries promptly via live chat: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues and provide solutions. • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information: Use the right methods and tools to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. • Identify and assess customers' needs: Use your active listening skills and empathy to identify and assess customers' needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts: Build strong relationships with our customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that they feel valued and supported. • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas: Meet your personal targets and team quotas for call handling and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our service standards are consistently met.
