The Role

As a live chat operator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide personalized support that exceeds their expectations. You'll be working remotely, using a range of digital communication tools to stay connected with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
