Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Full Stack Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our National Campaigns Unit, you'll provide shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson. This is a unique opportunity to work on contested proxy meetings, where you'll help investors navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Full Stack Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support experiences to clients through inbound, outbound, and email responses
  • Communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction

Additional Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Equipment Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • Windows 10 or 11 (no Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.)
  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited but not required)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload

Pay and Benefits
