Our team consists of around 350 creative individuals from 36 countries, with 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania. We’re looking for an Entertainment Writer to create engaging, trend-driven content inspired by pop culture, viral stories, and internet trends, while collaborating with our editorial team to deliver high-performing entertainment content. What You Will Do: Write engaging, high-quality entertainment articles based on trending topics, viral stories, and internet culture; Create compelling, click-worthy headlines that drive user engagement; Conduct thorough research, fact-checking, and interviews when needed to ensure accuracy and depth; Adapt writing style and tone to different topics, formats, and audiences; Identify relevant story ideas by monitoring trends across social media and online platforms; Ensure originality, clarity, and consistency across all content; Collaborate with editors and team members to improve content quality and performance. What We Expect: Excellent written English and strong storytelling skills; Proven passion for entertainment, pop culture, and digital content; Ability to write engaging content that resonates with online audiences; Strong research and fact-checking skills; Attention to detail and solid editing skills; Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to adjust tone, style, and format depending on the content; Understanding of digital content performance and audience engagement is an advantage; Basic knowledge of SEO, headline optimization, or content analytics is an advantage; Previous experience in content writing, journalism, blogging, or similar roles is an advantage. Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role is up to €1,600, depending on your experience and skills, with an additional opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. This is a full-time contract, requiring availability and collaboration during Lithuanian business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. *The recruitment process for selected candidates includes several test tasks and an interview with the hiring manager.
