This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment across multiple countries and functions, within a fast-paced and highly collaborative global environment. Work Setup:China: Remote Language(s):Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders and candidates. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required, as the role involves supporting recruitment activities, stakeholder interactions, and candidate engagement in Mandarin-speaking markets within the Asia Pacific region. Work Hours: Standard business hours, with flexibility required to support regional stakeholders across time zones

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam) Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelines Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidates Manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelines Coordinate and manage the full interview process Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the process Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g., time-to-fill targets) Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices

Qualifications

Position Requirements: Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment Strong direct sourcing capability, with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, industrial) would be advantageous Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional environments Background in agency recruitment or similar fast-paced environments Exposure to recruitment in China or Mandarin-speaking markets Familiarity with sourcing tools, digital recruitment platforms, or AI-enabled tools A career at Cielo will give you the opportunity to work with the industry’s smartest people and to take ownership of your success!
