Role Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, NAM, this role focuses on maximizing subscription renewals for SMB customers across North America. It involves cross-functional collaboration and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales Maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback Qualifications: 1+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management) Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills Fluent in English; available across all North American time zones and able to follow North American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
