Job Description

To be successful in this position you must have strong understanding of technology, great communication skills, and be a team player. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience within a Technology or related setting (Required)
- The ability to demonstrate skills in data and image capture technologies (OCR/ICR) (Preferred)
- Cloud-to-cloud connectivity (Preferred)
- Knowledge about certificates (Preferred)
- Windows Server configuration (Preferred)
- Understanding of database concepts (Preferred)
- Team spirit and the ability to take responsibility for tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong written and communication skills in English
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Additional Information Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Project work pertaining to live workshops and xSuite products
- Analysis of different sources of information such as: E-Mail, EDI, XML, and many others
- Handling customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation
- Customizing of OCR/Capture Systems, test phase, go-live, and user training
- Become an expert on xSuite products and services
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Part time/Full time)
- 30-40 hours per week
- Remote/hybrid/in-office
Salary:
- $55,000-$90,000 (Based off experience/skills)
- Base Salary + Commission
