Job Description
As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be the face of arenaflex, presenting our casino games live on-camera to players from around the world. You will be responsible for engaging with players, responding to their queries, and creating a memorable experience for them. Your presentation skills, personality, and ability to think on your feet will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present arenaflex casino games live on-camera to players from around the world
- Engage with players, respond to their queries, and create a memorable experience for them
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex games, rules, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for players
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to arenaflex's code of conduct and policies

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Physical Functions:
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
