Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, including:

  • Service a book of existing accounts, either personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc) or commercial (construction, trucking, etc), proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, setting up client portals, etc.
  • If you're newer to the insurance industry, you may be in a support role supporting the Account Managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Must be Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
  • Experience with commercial lines or personal lines.
  • EPIC Agency Management System preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary in the $60,000 to $90,000/year range, plus:
