Job Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish to communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Cross-training to handle both inbound and outbound calls, including sales and customer service interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in healthcare and/or medical insurance
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, busy call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment with a healthcare or medical insurance background

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical insurance terminology
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment:

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment. You will be required to work from home, with a private, quiet office space, and will have access to all necessary equipment and resources. On-site training will be provided for some openings, and you will be able to commute into our Wallingford office when needed.
