The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You will be responsible for providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Responsibilities

* Deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
  • Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
  • Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
  • Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Property/Casualty Insurance License required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
  • Remote working experience a plus
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education

  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (if living near arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if outside of arenaflex office location)
