Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montclair, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring that every interaction is informative, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a unified customer experience

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and team goals
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
