Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate, timely, and informative solutions to resolve their issues
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless execution
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, driving sales, and upselling opportunities when applicable
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a range of software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
