Job Overview

The Experienced Full Arch Dental Customer Service Administrator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of full-arch dental products, from design to delivery. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of dental lab processes and software utilization. As the primary point of contact for dentists and oral surgeons, you'll provide timely updates, address inquiries, and ensure all parties remain informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

+ Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of full-arch dental products, ensuring timely progress through the design, milling, and finishing phases. + Track and report the status of cases at each stage within the lab using internal systems and protocols.

Software Utilization

+ Efficiently operate and manage case tracking through Magic Touch software. + Maintain accurate digital records of case progress and dentist/surgeon interactions.

Doctor and Surgeon Onboarding

+ Facilitate the onboarding process for dentists and oral surgeons into the lab's portal system. + Provide technical support and training to ensure optimal use of the portal.

Internal Case Tracking

+ Monitor cases internally, coordinating workflows between departments such as Exocad Design, milling, and finishing to meet deadlines and quality standards. + Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or issues in the production pipeline.

Communication and Relationship Management

+ Maintain constant communication with doctors and dental office staff to update them on case statuses, address inquiries, and provide guidance. + Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations or concerns, ensuring all parties remain informed and aligned.

+ Proficiency in Magic Touch software, familiarity with Exocad Design workflows, and an understanding of milling and finishing processes in dental labs.
