Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent customer care and focus to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling opportunities as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a variety of software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California
