Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work remotely with our team, providing exceptional support to policyholders and agents via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and memorable. Your ability to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in this fast-paced role.
