We specialize in the "Baseline Reset"—transforming luxury outdoor living spaces, patios, and pool decks back to a 5-star, hotel-quality standard so our clients can actually relax and enjoy their weekends. We operate with an uncompromising standard of precision, quiet luxury, and elite hospitality. The Opportunity: We are a rapidly growing, high-end brand gearing up for a major operational launch. We are hiring exactly one dedicated Residential Sales Executive to own our entire direct-to-consumer pipeline. This is not a traditional volume-based sales job. You will not be cold-calling from a cubicle. You will be on the ground in the Valley’s most exclusive zip codes, building relationships with high-net-worth homeowners, estate managers, and luxury residential gatekeepers. Because this is a singular role, we are not looking for someone to shadow or transition. We need a seasoned closer who knows exactly how to build a territory, command a room, and start driving revenue immediately. The Compensation:

  • Small, predictable base salary to cover your baseline operations.
  • Uncapped, aggressive commission structure. Because our service models are built on high-ticket, recurring luxury contracts, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Pipeline: Run the entire residential sales cycle from prospecting and property walkthroughs to closing contract agreements.
  • Master the Architecture: Conduct high-level consultations on multi-million dollar estates, identifying structural features (outdoor kitchens, architectural fountains, delicate stone surfaces) and utilizing our precision quoting engine to build bespoke packages.
  • B2B Referral Networking: Build strategic alliances with luxury residential architects, custom home builders, landscape designers, and top-tier real estate brokers to capture incoming private leads.
  • Execute Autonomous Strategy: Act as your own manager. You will map out high-value territory strategies, optimize your daily routes, and report directly to the Founder with clean data.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of face-to-face sales experience, ideally within high-ticket luxury home services, high-end real estate, or high-net-worth concierge markets.
  • Day-One Ready: You have a proven, repeatable sales process. You do not need a corporate script or hand-holding—you are ready to execute from day one.
  • Impeccable Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and an polished demeanor. You must be entirely comfortable speaking the language of estate managers and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Systems & Logic Driven: Ability to understand property footprints, map variables logically, and present premium pricing with absolute, calm confidence.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to navigate properties across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix.
