Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and experience
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products and services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
