Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Respiratory Specialist to join our team at arenaflex in Livonia, MI. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in respiratory care will enable you to provide accurate information and guidance to our customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information and recommendations to customers - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes - Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Work closely with the respiratory team to provide accurate information and guidance on respiratory products and services - Assist with inventory management, order processing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical equipment and supplies industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a respiratory care setting or with respiratory products - Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field - Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies, including respiratory products - Bilingual or multilingual skills
