Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class support to our Verizon customers. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, upselling and cross-selling Verizon services, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell Verizon services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on Verizon products and services, providing expert knowledge to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry

  • Knowledge of Verizon products and services
  • Sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, preferably in Spanish or other languages spoken in the Midlothian, VA community
