Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Falls, MN. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize computer systems to access customer information, process transactions, and update records
  • Collaborate with our team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in an auto body or similar work environment, including previous customer service experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in multiple languages
