Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Sales Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our inside and outside sales teams by performing a variety of functions, including data entry, customer service, and sales support. You'll work closely with our sales teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry functions in all lines of business, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant information

  • Assist the inside and outside sales teams with customer inquiries, sales support, and other tasks as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and other relevant metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales data entry or a related field
  • Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the waste management industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
