Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our caregivers and clients. - Maintain a high level of visibility on the job posting, keeping it open and set to 'Internal' to prevent external job board visibility. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of employment leads. - Monitor and analyze chat employment lead metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our recruitment process. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management.

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in using chat employment lead management systems and software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the senior care industry or a related field. - Knowledge of caregiver management software and systems. - Certification in recruitment or caregiver management (e.g., Certified Caregiver Manager (CCM) or Certified Recruiter (CR)). - Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish).
