What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and problem-solve to resolve customer issues, think critically, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution.
  • Operate with empathy, active listening, and a customer-centric approach to build trust and loyalty with our customers.
  • Collaborate with Team Members and Managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and Team Members.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and internet browsing to assist customers efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the business unit.
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
