- Maintain the confidentiality and protect sensitive company information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in organizing and managing digital files and documents
Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ words per minute)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
