Job Overview
We're seeking experienced weekend chat support agents to join our team on a part-time basis. As a weekend chat support agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat and email. You'll work flexible 4-8 hour blocks on Saturdays and Sundays, with the option to pick up extra weekday shifts later.
Your Weekend Responsibilities
As a weekend chat support agent, your responsibilities will include: - Responding to live chat and email tickets through our online platform - Assisting users with password resets, billing corrections, product questions, and upgrades - Following prewritten scripts and escalating complex cases when needed - Maintaining accurate notes and ticket tags after each chat - Keeping every conversation polite, helpful, and clear

Pay & Schedule Information

Training Process
- 2 hours of video-based onboarding - Practice chat and email ticket responses - First weekend shift monitored with coaching feedback - Paid work begins 3–5 days after acceptance
