Position Overview

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Associate to join our remote support team. As a beginner-friendly role, this position is ideal for individuals who are new to customer support and want to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional support to our users, handling live chat and email inquiries, and resolving issues in a calm, clear, and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities

- Handle inbound live chat and email inquiries from users - Assist users with login issues, billing updates, subscription upgrades, and account settings - Use company templates and workflows to respond quickly and accurately - Escalate advanced issues to specialized support teams - Keep records organized with proper ticket tagging and notes - Maintain a professional and positive tone across all written communications

Requirements to Start

- Laptop or desktop with Chrome browser - Stable internet connection (10 Mbps or better) - Typing speed of 45+ WPM - Strong written English and basic computer skills - Ability to focus independently during shift hours

Compensation & Schedule Information

- Starting rate: $25/hour - Eligible for promotion to $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts and strong QA performance - Schedule your shifts weekly. Mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts available. Minimum 15 hours/week commitment.

Training & Onboarding

- 2-hour onboarding course covering systems and workflow - Simulated ticket responses for practice - First monitored shift with real-time feedback - Begin live paid shifts within 3–5 days

Sample Shift Snapshot

During a 1 PM–7 PM shift, you help a user change their payment method, assist another with redeeming a promotion, and guide a third customer through updating account details. All support handled calmly through chat and email—no phone calls, no meetings, no stress.
