Our Work-from-Home Team

Our remote team has 37 preferred residency states, and we're currently hiring for this role in the United States. However, we're not accepting applications from residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in

Reporting and Success Metrics

You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

  • First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Quality Assurance (QA) metrics
