Job Summary

As a 1st shift remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to support truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include:

  • Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
  • Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
  • Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to the commercial trucking industry

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Work from home experience preferred
  • History of great attendance
  • Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills
  • Must be articulate and professional
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and issues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
