Key Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Experience

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns. • Schedule appointments for pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads. • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and availability, ensuring seamless communication with our clients. • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of customer data. • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. • Follow up on annual renewals and assist in securing payment methods, driving revenue growth and customer retention. • Assist with overflow sales calls and messages as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads. • Utilize industry-specific directories, databases, and networking channels to generate high-quality leads, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries, including phone calls and internet leads, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Customized Solutions Development

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the full range of pest control services, ensuring accurate and detailed information is provided to our clients. • Develop tailored proposals based on the unique needs and challenges of each client, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads.

Sales Presentations and Consultations

• Conduct virtual presentations and consultations to educate potential clients on services, methodologies, and industry best practices, articulating the benefits of pest control solutions clearly and persuasively. • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads.

Negotiation and Closing

• Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Close sales deals efficiently, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their ongoing pest control needs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell based on client requirements, leveraging your ability to build relationships and generate leads. • Re-engage past clients to bring them back on board, driving customer retention and revenue growth.

Sales Reporting and Collaboration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and deal progress in the pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of sales data. • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the sales management team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships and generate leads. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication with our clients and internal teams. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, driving sales success and customer satisfaction. • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. • A proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
