Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Great Neck, New York. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and online. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and web inquiries
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
  • Managing and processing all customer orders and requests for various arenaflex products and services
  • Assisting customers with online ordering and questions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and being able to discuss products in an informed manner with customers
  • Performing all other functions as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and web inquiries

  • Resolve product or service problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and process customer orders and requests efficiently and accurately
  • Assist customers with online ordering and questions in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience with a proven record in a high-volume call center
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and familiarity with technology (email, internet)
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various personality types as a team player
  • Strong technical knowledge of order entry and processing systems/orders
  • Experience managing excellent customer service relations via email, internet, and phone
  • High School Degree or GED; College Degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

* Previous experience working in the educational or graduation products industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
