Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to work remotely with our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
* Provides exceptional customer experiences by modeling and conveying a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting clients, and offering assistance with products and services.
- Registers transactions on assigned sales register, provides clients with friendly, fair, and efficient checkout service.
- Draws in clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services. Settles client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Models and offers customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience, including interpersonal skills (e.g., welcoming, eye contact, politeness, etc.) and arenaflex service characteristics (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, upgrading until satisfied, etc.).
- Provides clients with gracious, courteous, quick, and effective assistance.
- Recommends products available for purchase to clients and suggests upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Registers client purchases on assigned sales register, collects cash, and disburses change as required; processes voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as necessary.
- Maintains counters and retires perfect and well-organized, takes stock, and keeps records. Checks in and costs stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or assigned by the shift manager.
- Executes organization resource security strategies to identify and minimize benefit loss.
- Guarantees compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products).
- Develops and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and deal stock. Completes resets and updates as directed.
- Assists with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product arrangement as determined by policies and procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, aids stock rotation, utilizing the first-in, first-out strategy and restocking out-of-stock items.
- Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
- Provides customer assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo service, banner print and creative machine, and promotional sales of photo items.
- Takes on web pickup responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (picks items), and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store).
- Assists with external and internal maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance.
- Follows all organization policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues.
- Completes special tasks and other assignments as directed.
Essential Capabilities:
* Should be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Expects ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
Preferred Capabilities:
* Prefer a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
