Physical Therapist Supervisor: On-site/Hybrid Role

Location: This position can be hybrid or fully onsite. Looking for a combination of on-site treatment and can do remote supervision for our PTA in the Petersburg, VA Assisted Living Facility. Must reside in Virginia and have Virginia License. Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
