Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Join the arenaflex Crew and Lead the Way Collectively With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which include 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. Transforming the VOC Method As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Duties:

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
• Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

Talents/Abilities:

• Hands-on experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3 years.
• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
