Job Duties

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Fielding inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assisting customers: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers: You will be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to deliver a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment: You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and answering customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle information.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives: You will be expected to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up): You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on service and sales opportunities.
  • Strictly adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts: You will be expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to customer communication and data protection.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so you must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
