About the role The Data Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery, adoption, and long‑term value of data products across commercial, operational, and customer‑facing domains. This includes areas such as parts and service, pricing, lead generation, external data integration, and broader commercial analytics. The role blends customer-facing leadership with strong data engineering and data product creation skills, ensuring that solutions are built on modern open lake house architecture and aligned with Climate Solutions America’s (CSA) business priorities. This leader partners with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, production‑ready data products that support enterprise transformation. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer & CSA Partnership
  • Serve as the primary delivery partner supporting CSA teams in shaping solution approaches, delivery plans, and customer adoption strategies across commercial and operational domains.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders in parts, pricing, sales operations, marketing, service, and analytics to define data product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, delivery roadmaps, and value‑focused product backlogs.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and sustained value realization.
  • Data Product Creation & Delivery Leadership
  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products supporting use cases such as pricing optimization, parts availability insights, lead scoring, external data enrichment, customer segmentation, and commercial performance analytics.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams—including data engineers, analysts, platform engineers, and SMEs—through Agile execution.
  • Ensure data products follow medallion architecture principles (bronze/silver/gold) for quality, scalability, and reusability.
  • Data Engineering & Architecture
  • Oversee the design and development of data pipelines, transformations, and models using SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
  • Lead the implementation of open lake house architectures capable of supporting structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data.
  • Ensure strong data quality, lineage, metadata management, and governance practices across all delivered products.
  • Support integration of diverse data sources including CRM, ERP/SAP, pricing systems, parts catalogs, marketing platforms, and external data providers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with commercial, operational, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across strategy, delivery, and adoption.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales and solution‑shaping conversations when needed to validate delivery feasibility and architectural direction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role; leading end-to-end product delivery, including product roadmap implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across all organizational departments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics or data engineering role building data models and production grade data products.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Snowflake and GCP; familiarity with GCP is considered a plus
  • Background supporting commercial, operational, or customer-facing analytics in enterprise environments
  • Exposure to ML/AI workflows and MLOps practices
  • Hands-on experience with open lake house architectures and medallion data product design.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
  • Understanding of data governance fundamentals including data quality, lineage, cataloging, and access controls.
  • Experience integrating and modeling data from ERP systems, with preference for SAP.
  • Familiarity with pricing, parts and service operations, lead generation, customer lifecycle analytics, and external data enrichment.
  • Understanding of commercial KPIs, funnel metrics, pricing structures, and operational performance indicators.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into data product requirements across multiple functional areas.
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagements, manage expectations, and drive adoption of technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize based on value and urgency

Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
