Key Responsibilities

  • Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
  • Provide detailed information and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
  • Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
