Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Remote- Gold Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our policyholders, agents, and customers. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, taking inbound phone calls, building rapport, and resolving customer needs while educating them on our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and customers, resolving their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Insurance Industry Knowledge: Interpret policy contracts, understand aspects of billing systems, and identify transactions and their impact on policy premiums. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise in personal lines auto insurance products, procedures, and technical systems. - Sales and Upselling: Utilize sales skills to educate customers and agents on new and existing insurance products and services, driving business growth and retention. - Data Management: Maintain accurate data in various computer systems, tracking customer interactions and policy information. - Licensing and Continuing Education: Complete licensing and continuing education requirements to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.

Qualifications

- Active P&C Producer Insurance License: Required, with at least 1 year of active use. - Ability to be Licensed in 50 States: Must be able to obtain licenses in all 50 states. - Associate's Degree in a Business-Related Field: Recommended, or equivalent training. - Minimum of 18 Months Work Experience: Required in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a structured work environment. - Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to use online reference materials.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish: Strongly encouraged to apply, with proficiency in both languages. - Experience in the Insurance Industry: Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in personal lines auto insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive Salary Range: $44,100 - $55,400, depending on location. - Paid Training: Mandatory attendance for 10 weeks, with a structured schedule and performance assessments. - Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
