Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Processing a minimum of 175 phone calls daily, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as compliance issues, to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Assisting customers with questions regarding their accounts, products, and services, and providing guidance on how to utilize arenaflex's offerings.
  • Being willing and able to learn all "back office" job functions in the Customer Service Center, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's operations.
  • Cross-selling arenaflex's incentive products daily, helping customers to maximize their benefits and achieve their financial goals.
  • Managing difficult or emotional customer situations, responding promptly to customer needs, and soliciting feedback to improve service.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, listening actively, and keeping emotions under control in all interactions.
  • Treating people with respect, keeping commitments, inspiring trust, and upholding arenaflex's values and ethics.
  • Following policies and procedures, completing administrative tasks correctly and on time, and supporting arenaflex's goals and values.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees.
  • Mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and resolve customer issues.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competence with computers, telephone, 10-key calculator, and other office machinery, as well as proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure as needed.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in bank operations, new accounts, or credit assistant/loan positions.

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:
  • Frequent standing, use of hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing.
  • Occasional walking and sitting.

  • Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
