Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs through the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-Zoom meetings (virtually)
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Presenting product/service solutions to meet customer needs
  • Driving sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Receiving ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training!
  • If you don't have a license, you should be willing to take the LLQP course
  • Valid status in Canada or the US
