Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs through the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-Zoom meetings (virtually)
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Presenting product/service solutions to meet customer needs
- Driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Receiving ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality
- A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training!
- If you don't have a license, you should be willing to take the LLQP course
- Valid status in Canada or the US
