Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Selling various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses, including life, health, and property insurance
- Developing leads and establishing new client relationships through proactive outreach and networking
- Providing guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans, taking into account clients' unique needs and circumstances
- Customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients, ensuring that their policies meet their specific requirements
- Assisting clients with claims processes and policy modifications, providing timely and effective support
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual), as you'll be working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
