Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customers receive service that is both kind and quick, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty to our brand
  • Handling customer payments and operating the cash register during shifts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Contributing to the merchandising process, including restocking tasks, upkeep of display setups, and visual merchandising to drive sales and engagement
