Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing excellent customer service by being a good listener, empathetic, and proactive
* Working with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively
* Resolving issues on the first interaction by being patient, understanding, and proactive
* Keeping a constant working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions
* Documenting and updating records in the required systems
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate)
* Intermediate English level and excellent communication skills
* Polite and empathetic, with the ability to understand others' feelings or thoughts
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and positively
* Ability to see the big picture as well as the tiny details
* No experience required, but a proactive and confident attitude is essential
