Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your duties will include:

  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to resolve travel issues and make their experiences memorable.
  • Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
  • Working collaboratively with others to achieve success, and supporting your colleagues in adopting new processes and technologies.
  • Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, and maintaining a safety mentality at all times.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, and carry and handle luggage.
  • The potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • The ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
