Workforce Management Lead

We are seeking a highly technical, hands‑on Techno‑Functional Workforce Management Lead with deep expertise in forecasting algorithms, system configuration, and enterprise WFM platforms. This role requires candidates who can operate at the system and configuration layer, not just provide functional guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting complex forecasting and scheduling architectures across system‑agnostic WFM platforms. Candidates with purely call‑center or intraday WFM backgrounds are not a fit. This role requires deep technical experience configuring enterprise forecasting and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and configure forecasting and scheduling solutions using industry best practices
  • Design and maintain forecasting rules, demand drivers, seasonality logic, overrides, and exception handling
  • Configure scheduling constructs including rules, shifts, templates, and constraints
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting of configuration and system behavior issues (forecast accuracy, rule conflicts, data issues)
  • Provide architectural guidance across multiple WFM platforms (UKG, Legion, Infor, or similar)
  • Support data flows and integrations, ensuring accurate inbound and outbound data movement
  • Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between WFM and upstream/downstream systems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure scalable, supportable WFM solutions

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of Workforce Management experience with deep forecasting expertise
  • Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise WFM platforms
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and mapping concepts (no custom development)
  • Proven ability to apply forecasting and scheduling best practices independent of vendor tools
