Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer interaction is positive and productive. Maintain Customer Records:

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to ensure you can offer customers the most relevant and up-to-date information.

We are seeking candidates who are based in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). This ensures smooth communication across time zones and compliance with local regulations. Being based in the EU/EEA also allows us to maintain consistency in service and adhere to operational standards within the region. This is a remote position, so applicants from the specified regions can work from anywhere within the EU/EEA.
